Master Site Map shows the land each student selected for their project. Circulation for a main walk street is set up in the center area with circulation to each property to be worked out by the neihboring students. Common easement  spaces falling into a students zone is to be designed by that student.

Much more time is spent talking about the common space in the project than talking about the Architectural Design of each student’s work. They act as if they do not know each other at times and are surprised when their designs can not work. Critique is very basic at this point. The problems can be seen by all.

Yet there are moments when the projects become clear and there is the glimmer of Architecture.

Hard work

The students are asked to work on a detail section of their project at 1/2 =1 -0 as a way of understanding the language of architectural esthetics through building...the making of things.
